Hi , It’s Guia !
After many experiences branching into various professional fields, I know that what I ultimately want to do is share my passions for cooking , color , ceramic painting, recycled art and all that is creating .
I love spending time with people , entertaining , learning new cultures , and especially making them feel good at my table thru thoughtfully prepared food, flavors and colors .
I also enjoy a quiet time while I paint, and try my best to help make a difference by recycling, re-purposing and avoiding waste.
I’m available for lunch, dinner or cooking class.
I will be your chef and I’ll prepare for you a fantastic Italian lunch or dinner at your home or villa. ( menu on request )
My proposals for cooking class experiences at your home:
LET’S MAKE PASTA !
Guests will learn the art of making homemade pasta together: Tagliatelle, Gnocchi and Ravioli, as well as three fast to prepare pasta sauce.
2 hours class , followed by dinner/lunch
TUSCAN TRADITIONAL COOKING CLASS EXPERIENCE
Guests will learn to prepare, cook and enjoy three typical Tuscan recipes of their choices selected from my menu.
3 hours Class, followed by dinner/lunch
A SWEET COOKING EXPERIENCE
Guest will learn how to make Tiramisu Cake , Jam Tart Cake and classic Chocolate Cake. Guests will then enjoy their homemade sweet breakfast (This event is only available in the morning time).
A minimum 6 people is required - 3 hours
